Eva Magnes, the sister of Judah L. Magnes, was born in Oakland, Calif., and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley (1904). Her husband, Chester Teller, associated with the Hebrew Sheltering Guardian Society of New York City and the Jewish Orphan Home in New Orleans.
